Our client is a recognized Geneva engineering office, specialized in energy renovation and the technical installations of buildings. Their mandates cover various projects: housing, administrative buildings, schools, industrial, heritage, as well as highly technical infrastructures (swimming pools, heat/cold production centers). Energy performance, decarbonization, and the technical quality of installations are at the heart of their activity.

The role: As a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Project Manager, you manage mandates from A to Z. You are the privileged interlocutor for clients and partners while being the technical guarantor of your works.

Detailed missions:

• Management and Autonomy:
• Autonomous management of your mandates in direct connection with the Management.
• Complete responsibility for project monitoring, from the preliminary design to the final acceptance of the works.
• Engineering and Sizing:
• Technical design, sizing calculations, and thermal balances for HVAC systems.
• Definition and monitoring of MCA (Measurement, Control, Regulation) concepts to optimize the performance of the installations.
• Site Management and Coordination:
• Representation of the office with clients, partners, and architects.
• Technical coordination of the various stakeholders and management of interfaces on site.
• Supervision of internal resources mobilized on your projects.
• Performance and Optimization:
• Analysis of energy efficiency and concrete decarbonization proposals.
• Depending on your profile, possible involvement in operational monitoring and the optimization of technical systems.

Profile sought:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in the HVAC field, including significant experience in a similar position in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Technical skills: Excellent mastery of HVAC sizing; knowledge of MCA is required (an advanced level is a real asset). Skills in sanitary engineering are a plus.
• Tools: Mastery of AutoCAD and/or Revit appreciated.
• Soft Skills: Autonomy, sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage several projects in parallel.
