The Information Systems Hub, responsible for enhancing the data of the health network, both for support of the quality of care and for the medico-economic management of the institutions of the system, is looking for an

APPLICATION MANAGER 90% - 100% (M/F) ##

YOUR MISSION

As Application Manager, you ensure the technical responsibility of a portfolio of critical applications within the information system of the health institutions of the canton of Neuchâtel.

You guarantee the stability, performance, security and scalability of the solutions for which you are responsible. As a technical referent, you master their architecture, their dependencies and their integrations, and manage their life cycle in collaboration with the infrastructure, security and integration teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• Holder of a recognized diploma in Information Technologies (University, HES or ES) or training deemed equivalent.
• Significant experience in the management and operation of critical applications.
• Mastery of application architectures, integration (ESB, API, data flows) and management of environments, dependencies between systems.
• Knowledge of security, performance and high availability standards.
• Practice of tracking, monitoring and application life cycle management tools.
• Solid skills in relational databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Good knowledge of Linux environments (scripts, monitoring, troubleshooting).
• Good knowledge of DevOps environments and CI/CD practices is an asset.
