About the role

On behalf of one of our clients, an international firm specializing in consulting and digital transformation, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

As part of an information systems optimization project, you will be integrated into the firm's teams and will work directly with their client: a world-renowned high watchmaking House. Your role will be to support the deployment and evolution of their internal software dedicated to business operations.

Your daily missions

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the key intermediary between the final client's business vision and the project's technical implementation teams. Joining this large-scale project with a demanding high-end client represents a golden opportunity to develop top-tier expertise and acquire professional skills that are highly valued in the market.

Tasks

Ensure the strategic and technical liaison role between a prestigious client and international development teams for proprietary software.

• Ensure the interface between the client and international-based technical teams
• Collect and analyze the client's functional needs
• Ensure follow-up of deliverables and report information to developers
• Participate in the software testing and validation phases
• Provide post-sales support and assist users
• Conduct formal presentations and demonstrations for the client

We are looking for

• Excellent command of French and English for an international context
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and tools
• Excellent professional posture and interpersonal skills when facing demanding clients
• Strong learning capacity and rigor in file follow-up

An asset if you possess

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics solution
• First experience in the luxury sector or IT consulting
