On the client side, you are their partner :

• You develop, advise, and retain your client portfolio
• You understand their challenges and precisely analyze their recruitment needs
• You define the sought-after profiles with them and propose adapted solutions
• You maintain a close relationship through regular visits
• You accompany and advise them at every step of the process
• You manage negotiations and contribute to the realization of commitments

On the candidate side, you are their advisor :

• You search for and identify the talents who truly correspond to your clients' needs
• You conduct interviews and evaluate skills, experience, motivation, and potential
• You write advertisements that make people want to apply
• You present the right profiles to the right clients
• You prepare candidates for their interviews and accompany them until their integration
• You ensure attentive follow-up throughout the process, including during the probationary period

In summary: you are present from the first contact until the success of the recruitment.

What we are looking for :

• You hold a diploma from a higher education institution (university, haute école, or equivalent training)
• Ideally, you have an initial professional experience in Switzerland
• You perfectly master French; English and/or German are a real asset
• You are proactive, organized, and results-oriented

• You know how to easily establish contact and build a relationship of trust
• You appreciate autonomy, while having a taste for teamwork
