ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (M/F) PERMANENT CONTRACT 100% - Genève

WHAT WE OFFER AS MISSIONS:

• You are responsible for the commercial performance of your point of sale and the satisfaction of our customers, both professionals and individuals.
• You manage your team on a daily basis and implement commercial operations in collaboration with them, while guaranteeing the quality of customer service, the cleanliness and safety of the point of sale.
• You are the guarantor of the good management and smooth running of your point of sale, particularly in terms of steering and optimizing stocks.
• You are the brand ambassador to our customers and actively contribute to their loyalty.
• You work in close collaboration with our mobile teams in order to develop the business and respond as best as possible to our customers' needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOUR PROFILE:

• You are autonomous, results-oriented, persevering and motivated. You know how to unite a team and develop a relationship of trust with your customers.
• Your culture of results, your leadership and your sense of customer service will be true assets to succeed in this function.
• You hold a CFC in painting, a CFC in retail management or have equivalent experience.
• Ideally, you have experience in the paint sector.
• You have perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• You are comfortable with IT tools, notably MS Office.
