Job description

Your mission :

Under the responsibility of the nurse or the ASSC, you organize and provide the care delegated to you and apply the instructions received.

You accompany the residents and their entourage in all life situations at Foyer du Vallon.

You are the referent for several residents and ensure a clear transmission of information to the entire team.

Your responsibilities :

• Provide personal hygiene care ;
• Ensure the daily accompaniment of residents while respecting their autonomy and their needs ;
• Observe the general state of the residents and report any changes ;
• Collaborate with the nursing team and families.

Profile sought

Prerequisites for the position :

• You possess a Croix-Rouge Health Assistant certificate or equivalent ;
• You have experience as a Health Assistant with elderly people, in an institution or at home ;
• You are sensitive to the specific care related to visual impairment ;
• You are flexible and willing to work according to variable schedules, including weekends, public holidays and split shifts ;
• Your level of French, both oral and written, is at least B1.

Your profile :

• You are a committed and responsible person, endowed with a good sense of organization ;
• You are comfortable with IT tools (SIEMS is an asset) ;
• You appreciate teamwork and multidisciplinary work ;
• You know how to adapt to changes and are attentive to feedback from your hierarchy ;
• Initiative, rigor, empathy and patience are part of your qualities.
