You will be responsible for the organization and monitoring of export shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines, customs regulations, and customer requirements.
Export Freight Forwarder
Training in transport, logistics, or international trade
Proven experience as an export freight forwarder (minimum 7 years)
Good knowledge of incoterms and customs formalities
Proficiency in French; English is an additional asset B2 (German appreciated depending on the region)
Comfortable with IT tools and transit software
Organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented person
Organization and management of road export shipments, possibly air and sea
Preparation and control of transport and customs documents (customs declaration papers)
Coordination with clients, carriers, airlines/shipping companies, and agents abroad
Monitoring of files from A to Z until final delivery
Management of disputes, claims, and potential delays
