Your missions

Watch design

• Design and develop the design of watch movements (shapes of bridges, skeletonization, oscillating weights, etc.).
• Create watch designs: cases, dials, hands, bracelets, and buckles.
• Propose innovative concepts, taking into account technical and industrial constraints.
• Ensure creative monitoring and follow watch design trends.

Visual creation and communication

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and video animations.
• Perform photographic retouching.
• Design marketing materials and sales support tools.
• Participate in the design and production of the Sellita and Manufacture AMT catalogues.
• Create and manage databases intended for websites.

Project management and coordination

• Ensure the follow-up of watch projects, from design to the delivery of the watches.
• Coordinate the production of catalogues, communication materials, and web projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients on aspects related to design and product development.
• Manage relationships with watch finishing suppliers and external service providers (printers, photographers, IT specialists, etc.).

Your profile

• Training in industrial design, product design, watch design, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in the field of watch design, ideally with good knowledge of components and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent mastery of 2D/3D design and photorealistic rendering software.
• Good knowledge of graphic creation, image retouching, and animation tools.
• Aesthetic sensitivity, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, in an autonomous and structured manner.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various internal and external interlocutors.
• Spirit of initiative, versatility, and a strong interest in watchmaking.
