Job Description
You will undertake administrative activities (e.g., appointment coordination, processing customer inquiries) in clerical administration in various areas
You will assist with customer order processing and planning as well as the coordination of transports
You will process complaints, returns, and credit notes
You will create and analyze specific evaluations and key figures
Regular exchange with suppliers, production, purchasing, and other interfaces are part of your training
Qualifications
You attend OS or have a school leaving certificate at Level I
You enjoy organizing and have written language proficiency
A team player, sociable, and reliable personality with a quick grasp and customer-oriented thinking characterizes you
You bring very good expressive ability in German and good English skills
