On behalf of an international company established in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an ERP Finance Systems Manager to take charge of and evolve the Finance application environment.

Within a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, you will play an interface role between the Finance and IT teams, business users, and external partners. You will notably be responsible for the reliability, evolution, and optimization of financial systems, with a central role in the SAP environment.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the management, evolution, and optimization of the ERP Finance environment.
• Lead developments, projects, updates, and deployments related to financial systems, from requirements analysis to production implementation.
• Guarantee the integrity and consistency of financial data as well as interfaces with Sales, CRM, and Logistics systems.
• Administer and evolve Finance and Controlling processes in SAP, particularly in the areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, fixed assets, cost centers, and profit centers.
• Manage financial repositories, master data, and SAP configuration activities.
• Participate in closing activities and consistency checks between the different systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues encountered by Finance users and provide advanced level functional support.
• Coordinate activities with IT teams, business units, and integrators or external partners.
• Participate in ERP transformation projects, particularly in the context of the evolution towards SAP S/4HANA and/or a future transformation of the ERP platform.
• Contribute to the definition of the roadmap, project management, and coordination of the various stakeholders.
• Support changes, ensure documentation, and provide user training.
• Guarantee compliance with security, internal control, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and the use of new technologies, notably AI, to improve Finance processes.

Profile sought

Your profile

• Higher education in IT, finance, management, or an equivalent field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP environments, ideally within international companies, high-volume environments, or within a big four.
• Excellent mastery of SAP Finance / FI-CO and good understanding of financial information systems.
• Solid knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling processes.
• Good understanding of interactions between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics functions.
• Proven experience in SAP or ERP project management.
• Experience in an ERP transformation project or migration to S/4HANA is a real asset.
• Experience in coordinating integrators, consultants, or external partners.
• Good knowledge of SAP configuration and master data management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and priority management skills.
• Very good mastery of Excel and comfort with digital tools.
• Fluent French and English, residing nearby (limited teleworking)
