Quality Technician (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

As part of the development of the activities of one of our clients, an industrial company recognized for its know-how and its quality requirements, we are looking for a Quality Technician to strengthen its team. You will play an essential role in the monitoring and improvement of the quality of products and manufacturing processes, in close collaboration with the various departments of the company. Your missions: - Ensure the monitoring and control of product quality throughout the manufacturing process. - Analyze non-conformities, identify their causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes and control methods. - Define, implement and update procedures, instructions and quality documents. - Perform technical and dimensional analyses in order to guarantee the conformity of parts to the defined requirements. - Collaborate closely with the production, methods, industrialization and technical office teams. - Participate in internal audits and the monitoring of action plans. - Ensure the processing and monitoring of quality complaints with the various interlocutors. - Contribute to the optimization of quality performance tools and indicators.

Your profile

• Higher education in the field of mechanics, such as HES Engineer or ES Technician, imperative. - Proven experience in a quality function in an industrial environment, indispensable. - Solid knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and requirements related to industrial production. - Good mastery of reading technical drawings, geometric and dimensional tolerances. - Knowledge of quality tools and methods: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, AMDEC, SPC or equivalents. - Good understanding of control and metrology techniques. - Proficiency with IT tools and ERP systems. - Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills. - Rigorous, methodical and organized personality, endowed with a good team spirit. - Ability to communicate effectively with the various services and to propose concrete solutions.
