Project Manager in air conditioning and refrigeration with a commercial sense (80-100 %)

Do you identify client needs, propose suitable technical solutions, and wish to accompany projects until their realization?

At RIEDO Clima SA, you can leverage your commercial skills, take on responsibilities, and actively contribute to the development of our Refrigeration & Air Conditioning department.

Workplace: Bulle (FR)
Start date: Ideally January/February 2027 or by agreement

Your missions

• You advise our clientele in French and/or German on air conditioning and refrigeration installations.
• You develop new commercial relationships, retain existing clients, and build your own client portfolio.
• You analyze client needs on-site and develop suitable technical solutions in collaboration with our team.
• You establish cost estimates and offers and conduct commercial negotiations until the conclusion of business.
• You assume responsibility for your projects, from the initial advice to acceptance, including planning and realization.
• You coordinate installation teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, while ensuring respect for costs, deadlines, and quality.

Your profile

• Ideally, you hold a CFC in a technical field, preferably in building technology, electricity, heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning.
• You possess good technical knowledge and an interest in air conditioning and refrigeration.
• You have a commercial sense, enjoy contact with clients, and work independently and solution-oriented.
• You communicate with ease in French and/or German.
• You demonstrate organizational skills, assume your responsibilities, and enjoy teamwork.
• You are proficient in common IT tools.
• You possess a valid category B driver's license.
