Job description
To complete our International Order Service team, we are currently recruiting an "International Order Service Specialist". Your main activities will be as follows:
Regular contact and support with markets (subsidiaries, agents), freight forwarders, and the sales, stock, shipping, production, marketing, and merchandising departments
Processing customer orders, recordings, launching stock outflows, invoicing, bookings with carriers, preparation of export documents, and shipment tracking
Management and monitoring of customer portfolios
Establishment of credit and debit notes
Management of files in case of damage or loss
Control and validation of invoices from external service providers (freight forwarders, CNCI)
Participation and monitoring of projects

Good analytical sense and curious
You work both independently and in a team
Versatile and flexible, ready to take on challenges, you know how to manage priorities while respecting deadlines
Ability to simultaneously manage several markets, files, and priorities in a demanding environment
Professional requirements
Benefiting from a CFC as a commercial employee
Minimum 3 years of experience acquired within an administrative department with an international dimension
Experience in import-export
You are proficient in SAP and common computer software, notably Outlook
Very good knowledge of Incoterms
Languages
French as a mother tongue
Very good oral and written knowledge of English
