Your tasks:
Recruitment and selection of personnel
Welcoming, following up, and accompanying candidates, client companies, and our employees
Administrative management and follow-up of temporary workers (missions, contracts, integration)
Follow-up of employees on construction sites and maintaining a relationship of trust
Analysis of the needs of partner companies and proposal of adapted solutions
Development and loyalty of the client portfolio
Prospecting and commercial development in the Valais region
Negotiation of placement conditions
Application and respect of CCT and current legislation
Close collaboration with the team and active participation in the development of the Martigny agency

Your profile

• Mastery of standard IT tools
• Keen interest in human relations and a strong sense of contact
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a pronounced taste for challenge
• Perfect mastery of French; any other language is an asset
• Autonomous, organized, flexible person demonstrating initiative
• Ability to work independently while enjoying teamwork
• Residing in the Valais region
• Good knowledge of the economic fabric and the local market, an asset
• Knowledge of CCT or good learning ability
• CFC in the construction field, an asset
• Very good interpersonal skills, comfortable with exchanges and client contact
• Driver's license indispensable
