You place the customer at the heart of your priorities. You are the interlocutor for Groupe E customers. In a rapidly developing field, you respond with competence and confidence to requests by telephone, Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30, or you efficiently perform back-office activities. Using modern communication tools, you autonomously handle complex, customer-oriented processes. You take customer requests very seriously, you quickly identify their needs and you satisfy your customers with your sharp advice and your professional communication.

• German native language, with good knowledge of French orally and in writing
