Job description ###

• Ensure refined and personalized service in the dining room, during banquets, receptions, cocktails, and prestige events, ensuring that each client is offered an experience in line with the standards of a high-end establishment.
• Prepare and ensure the setup of the dining room before each service: setting the tables, setting out crockery, cutlery, linen, and all the equipment necessary for the smooth running of the service.

-Guarantee the fluidity and quality of service throughout the event

Profile ###

• Training in catering or proven experience in high-end service: ideally, you have a diploma in catering and/or significant experience in high-standing establishments, 4/5 hotels, gastronomic restaurants, or prestigious events.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: you have excellent contact with clientele, an irreproachable presentation, and know how to adopt a professional, elegant, and discreet attitude in all circumstances.
• Sense of detail and excellence: you are attentive to client expectations and ensure the delivery of personalized, careful, and high-quality service. You know how to anticipate needs and demonstrate reactivity.
• Team spirit: you enjoy teamwork and are able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the service.
• Experience in events appreciated: you are comfortable in dynamic environments and during large-scale events (banquets, receptions, cocktails, private evenings, professional events, etc.).
• Dynamism and adaptability: you know how to adapt quickly to different situations, maintain a sustained work pace, and remain efficient and smiling even during periods of high activity.
• Professionalism and discretion: you are punctual, reliable, autonomous, and respectful of the standards of a high-end establishment and the requirements related to a demanding clientele.
