Chef de Rang 5* Hotel M/F in temporary missions ##

Your mission :

• Ensure the smooth running of the service (welcome, service, follow-up)
• Guarantee professional and quality service to the customer and ensure their satisfaction
• Follow the instructions of the Maître d'hôtel and the standards of the company

Your Skills :

• Solid knowledge of service rules and techniques
• Setting of tables, table setting and clearing according to the instructions of the dining room manager
• Place the customer at the center of your mission
• Knowledge and respect of hygiene and safety rules

Your qualities and prerequisites :

• Irreproachable presentation
• You are a graduate of a hotel school: CFC or BTS Hotel-Catering an asset
• Min 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• You know the stakes of high-end service
• Available without time constraints
