Job Description Your mission Integrated within the Manufacture Quality team of the Meyrin site and directly reporting to the Production Quality Manager, your role will be to guarantee product conformity and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes in a demanding watchmaking environment. Your responsibilities * Identify, document, and process non-conformities * Open and ensure the follow-up of non-conformity reports * Participate in root cause analyses and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (Ishikawa, QRQC, 8D, etc.) * Monitor and analyze quality indicators (scraps, rework, conformity rate) * Train and raise awareness among employees regarding quality requirements * Perform workstation audits and participate in process validations * Ensure the application of quality standards within the workshops * Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing non-conformities and costs of non-quality Qualifications * Technical CFC, quality, or training deemed equivalent * Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in the watchmaking industry, ideally in the field of finishing * Good knowledge of high-end requirements, aesthetic criteria as well as surface treatments, decoration and assembly processes * Proficiency in reading plans, GPS dimensioning, and conventional control methods * Mastery of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, QRQC, 5M) and ease with IT tools, notably an ERP type M3 * Ability to analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and drive improvement actions * Rigor, sense of observation, analytical spirit, and ability to work in collaboration with production teams * Reactivity, pragmatism, and results orientation Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of leave with 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * Contributions to your sporting or cultural activities as well as to subscriptions encouraging soft mobility (CFF for example) * A company restaurant * A LPP with advantageous rates You wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
