Responsibilities * Analyze customer needs, diagnose production process improvement potentials and propose actions allowing for the realization of potential performance gains. * Support the deployment of progress plans and their sustainable maintenance. * Be the referent for Lean tools, Six Sigma and the DMAIC methodology. * Ensure training, support of employees in specific tools and monitoring of teams in change management. Profile sought * Master's in mechanics/microtechnology or training deemed equivalent. * Minimum 10 years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing expert function in project management in the field of industrial production. * Expertise in DMAIC methodology, Lean Manufacturing tools, Six Sigma and Quality tools (8D, capability, audit, etc.). * Mastery of management tools, notably SAP. * Mastery of project management and risk management. * Listening skills, interpersonal ease, diplomacy. * Ability to animate and lead project teams. * Rigor, critical thinking and synthesis skills. * Sense of negotiation and persuasion. * Field approach, customer and solutions orientation.
