We are looking for, on behalf of our client, :

An HVAC Project Manager M/F

You manage HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Smoke Extraction) projects from design to operation (SIA phases 2 to 6) while supervising designers and guaranteeing quality, costs, and deadlines.

Key missions by SIA phase ####

• SIA 2 (Feasibility) & SIA 6 (Operation): Technical monitoring and support to internal teams.
• SIA 3 (Studies): HVAC concepts, dimensioning, MCR diagrams, financial estimations, and MEP coordination.
• SIA 4 (Tenders): Drafting of submissions (CFC), comparative analysis of offers, and awards.
• SIA 5 (Realization): Technical site monitoring, management of costs/surpluses, tests, commissioning, and handovers.
• Cross-functional management: Financial monitoring of projects, compliance with ISO requirements and the contract, management of interfaces (architects, companies), and support for acquisitions.

Profile sought

• Education: EPF / HES Engineer (or equivalent) in HVAC.
• Experience: 3 years minimum in HVAC, including at least 2 years in a design office in Switzerland.
• Expertise: Mastery of Swiss standards, HVAC/MCR, MS Office tools (Excel, Word). Interest in decarbonization.
• Qualities: Proactive leader, rigorous, pragmatic, and a good communicator.
• Plus: REVIT / BIM, site management, Visual Basic, skills in Cooling/Sanitary/Fire, languages (German/English).
