As part of a replacement, we are currently looking for an Institute Director capable of supporting teams and bringing the Body Minute concept values to life on a daily basis.

Beauty Institute Director

We are looking for an Institute Director to join our group.

Your missions

As Institute Director, you ensure the smooth daily operation of the institute and are responsible for the quality of the customer experience, commercial performance, and team cohesion.

Your activity is divided between 80% aesthetic treatments in the treatment room and 20% management and administration missions.

You are capable of:

• Performing aesthetic treatments and guaranteeing an irreproachable level of quality. (in total)
• Advising customers, developing sales of products, services, and Body Minute subscriptions.
• Guaranteeing a customer experience faithful to the brand's values and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recruiting, integrating, training, and supporting female employees in their development.
• Organizing schedules and coordinating the team's daily activity.
• Animating, motivating, and uniting your team around the institute's objectives.
• Ensuring cash management, ordering, and stock monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures, hygiene standards, and Body Minute quality standards.
• Monitoring the institute's performance indicators and implementing the necessary actions to reach the set objectives.

Your profile

• CFC in aesthetics or equivalent training (an asset).
• IPL diploma recognized in Switzerland (an asset).
• Experience in team management or coordination is indispensable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service.
• Dynamic, organized, autonomous, and endowed with good leadership.
• Passionate about the world of beauty and cosmetics.
• Mastery of French; any other language is an asset.
