To accelerate our growth in Switzerland, we are looking for a

Job objective: Lead the entire business controlling function of Bechtle Suisse SA while driving and supporting the transformation of financial operations within the Swiss entities.

This position combines business controlling management, business partnering, controlling governance, process harmonization, automation, PMO performance visibility, and financial operational excellence.

Your mission and responsibilities

Financial Leadership:

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as monthly and annual closings.
• Provide management reports and strategic analyses to the General Manager and local management.
• Support strategic decisions and the improvement of profitability for Bechtle Suisse SA and, potentially, other divisions of the company.

Business controlling and governance:

• Participate in and lead activities aimed at standardizing operational business controlling processes within the various entities.
• Support and drive financial and business controlling initiatives aimed at improving performance management (standard cost concept and management, inter-entity transactions, service profitability by technology domain, etc.)
• Guarantee data quality, compliance, and Navision governance.
• Supervise billing, work in progress, receivables, and business controlling.

Transformation and automation:

• Support automation initiatives related to the "quote-to-cash" process, project management, and service management.
• Collaborate with the IT department to improve ERP integrations and reporting.
• Prepare data migration in view of the SAP S/4HANA implementation planned for .
• Contribute to the improvement of the IT environment, particularly within the sales and service organizations, by automating tasks to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.

Team Management:

• Lead and develop the local business controlling team.
• Foster collaboration within the business controlling team by implementing cross-functional responsibilities (e.g., the "Revenue Finance" business partner).
• Accompany managers in managing financial performance.

Stakeholder Management:

• Be the preferred interlocutor for the Swiss Management Team, Group Finance, auditors, and business managers.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Accuracy and timeliness in account closing and reporting
• Quality of budget forecasts
• Accuracy of billing and work in progress
• Debt collection performance
• Audit and compliance results
• Efficiency of financial processes and progress in automation
• Satisfaction of company stakeholders

Your profile
----------

• More than 10 years of experience in leading financial services, business controlling, or financial operations
• Solid knowledge of finance and business controlling in Switzerland
• Expertise in ERP (Navision/Microsoft Dynamics, an asset)
• Experience in driving transformations and process optimization
• Perfect command of French and good command of German; professional proficiency in English
