Job description ##

The Direction de l'immobilier et du foncier (DIF) analyzes and satisfies the premises needs of the administration cantonale vaudoise (ACV), manages and optimizes rental income, and ensures the operation, maintenance, security, and insurance of buildings. It also administers real estate assets and conducts land transactions.

Within the operations unit, under the supervision of a head concierge, you will manage the operation of several buildings and take the appropriate measures to ensure the optimal use of premises and infrastructure.

Responsibilities ##

• Contribute to the coordination of premises cleaning work and the maintenance of installations (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electricity, etc.)
• Ensure waste sorting according to directives and participate in the management of its disposal and recycling
• Guarantee the image of the Direction de l'immobilier et du foncier (DIF) by taking all necessary measures to satisfy the needs of users
• Ensure occasional replacement or support missions at other sites managed by operations

Qualifications ##

• CFC as an operations agent or in a building trade
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a professional concierge service
• Rigor, availability, and efficient and rigorous management of unforeseen events inherent to the function
• Good knowledge regarding the technical maintenance and upkeep of buildings
• Good command of French, both oral and written
• Driver's license
• Availability outside of normal working hours
