Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Senior Buyer (M/F)

• Higher education in purchasing, supply chain, commerce or equivalent field * Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing function, ideally in a watchmaking industrial environment * Mastery of ERP tools, knowledge of Proconcept indispensable * Knowledge of contractual aspects and commercial practices * Mastery of negotiation techniques * Analytical capacity and synthesis skills * Rigor, sense of organization and resistance to stress * Interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Analyze the needs of different services and anticipate supplies, from current consumables to components and raw materials. + Define and implement the best purchasing strategies in order to optimize costs, lead times and supply conditions. + Identify new partners, consult and compare suppliers, then participate in their selection and evaluation. + Develop a relationship of trust and long-term with strategic suppliers. + Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations notably regarding prices, lead times, payment terms, quality and supplier commitments. + Ensure the availability of materials, components and products indispensable to the smooth running of production. + Follow supplier orders, anticipate any delays and perform necessary follow-ups. + Manage and maintain up to date the data related to items and purchasing conditions in the ERP. + Ensure the follow-up of an order portfolio and guarantee good visibility on supplies. + Collaborate closely with internal teams in order to identify optimization paths and contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes. jpiddca1129jm jpit0939jm jpiy26jm
