Real Estate Broker (M/F) - 100% - Genève

Your mission :

In close collaboration with the General Manager, you will intervene in the entire sales process of real estate properties in the canton of Genève:

• Prospecting and development of a portfolio of properties for sale
• Estimation of real estate properties
• Organization and conduct of viewings
• Support for clients (sellers and buyers) throughout the process
• Negotiation and follow-up of transactions until signature
• Participation in the enhancement of properties (photos, advertisements, etc.)

Your profile :

• 3 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales (Geneva market mandatory)
• Very good personal network in the canton of Genève
• Developed commercial sense and taste for field work
• Intrapreneurial, resilient, dynamic, and hardworking personality
• Autonomy, rigor, and loyalty
