In order to pursue its development and strengthen its IT skills, we are looking for a Systems, Network & Security Administrator wishing to contribute to the performance, reliability, and security of our IT infrastructures.

Your mission

Within our Information Systems Department and reporting to the Infrastructure and Networks Manager, you will actively participate in the administration, securing, and evolution of our multi-site IT environment.

Your role is essential to guarantee the availability of our systems and ensure the continuity of our industrial activities.

Your main responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and evolve the Group's systems, networks, and telecommunications infrastructures.
• Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of IT environments.
• Deploy and maintain cybersecurity solutions, particularly regarding access protection, vulnerability management, and network securing.
• Ensure the management of backups, restorations, and business continuity devices.
• Participate in the securing of industrial environments (IT/OT), in collaboration with production teams.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, ensuring reactive support to users.
• Contribute to infrastructure evolution projects, automation, and the continuous improvement of IT practices.

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC in IT, ideally completed by training in cybersecurity or industrial infrastructures.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in systems and network administration, ideally acquired in an industrial setting.
• You master Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments and possess good knowledge of Linux.
• You are comfortable with virtualization technologies (VMware, Proxmox), Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
• You have solid skills in networks (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and security solutions (firewalls, EDR/XDR, MFA).
• You are familiar with backup tools, monitoring, and incident management principles.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) as well as knowledge of IT/OT environments are real assets.

Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for an autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented person, who enjoys teamwork and is capable of intervening with method and reactivity in a demanding industrial environment.
