IT Apprentice (M/F) at 100%

YOU POSSESS

• A certificate of completion of compulsory schooling or you are soon reaching the end of your schooling and look forward to discovering the professional world.
• A first experience in the field of IT thanks to an observation internship that allowed you to confirm your professional choice.
• A passion for new technologies and IT.
• Real motivation to involve yourself for 4 years in a demanding apprenticeship, requiring an excellent level in mathematics and French, as well as good linguistic knowledge in English.
• An analytical mind and the ability to solve problems.
• Autonomy, a sense of communication, and teamwork.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Install, commission, and maintain IT systems and applications.
• Maintain computers, IT systems, and provide support for users.
• Manage hardware and software for individual computers, as well as their integration into a network.
• Provide support in data entry and "ticketing" systems.
• Carry out and participate in the hardware ordering process.
