Introduction

Le Domaine des Loveresses is a family business active in the production and marketing of quality fruits and vegetables, sourced from our estate and local partner producers.
We currently have 75 employees, all driven by a passion for the terroir, respect for the seasons, and the desire to offer our customers fresh and tasty products.
In addition to our production and distribution activity, we offer a direct sales shop on our operating site, Le Petit Marché, open every day from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm, where our customers can find our seasonal fruits and vegetables, meat, cheese, and various Swiss products.
We are currently looking for a Sales Staff – Fruits and vegetables & retail to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.

Main missions

• Welcome, advice, and customer service.
• Checkout and cash management.
• Setting up, presentation, and restocking of products in the store.
• Order management, stock monitoring, participation in inventories, and valorization of unsold goods.
• Maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the cleanliness of sales areas, storerooms, and customer reception areas.
• Participation in the commercial animation of points of sale (tastings, promotions, seasonal highlights, events, etc.).
• Execution of various administrative tasks related to store activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail, ideally in the sale of fruits and vegetables. (MANDATORY)
• Strong interest in local products, fruits and vegetables, and the Swiss terroir.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good physical condition to handle products and perform various tasks.
• Proficiency in French, any other language is an asset.
• You live less than 30 min from the estate
