Perspectives Construction SA is part of this evolution and offers projects, from design to delivery, turnkey realization, at guaranteed prices and deadlines in the form of general and/or total contracting. The company was created in 2018 and is formed of a young and dynamic team. Present in Nyon, Lausanne and Fribourg, it carries out projects throughout the Lémanic arc and in the Bulle-Fribourg region.

To work on building projects and support the construction teams, we are looking for a:

Execution Project Manager for the Fribourg region - 80-100%

Main tasks:

• Development and management of various projects in the preparation and execution phases
• Steering an internal team, coordination of external consultants
• Planning and financial analysis, costing, negotiation
• Relationship with clients and authorities

Profile sought

• ES, HES diploma or training deemed equivalent
• Mastery of IT tools (Messerli, MS Project, MS Office) and appetite for AI
• Excellent knowledge of construction technology and Swiss standards
• At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland in construction management or project management
• Integrity, comfortable with communication and writing
• Strong taste for numbers
• Solution-oriented
• Dynamic and rigorous
