We wish to recruit an Industrial Buyer FR/DE 100% (M/F)

Mission :
-------------

• Analyze procurement needs, launch consultations and calls for tenders, then negotiate prices and commercial conditions.
• Identify, select and develop new suppliers while ensuring the monitoring and evaluation of their performance.
• Maintain relationships of trust with strategic suppliers.
• Monitor market and cost developments in order to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Draft, negotiate and ensure the follow-up of supplier contracts.
• Establish and analyze reporting related to purchasing.
• Manage supplier non-conformities and implement necessary corrective actions.

Profile
----------

• Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee, training in purchasing or a title deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in the metal industry sector.
• Good knowledge of German (or Swiss German) and excellent command of French.
• Comfortable in a bilingual environment and in exchanges with German-speaking suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Rigorous, organized and autonomous person.
• Solution-oriented mindset and sense of priorities.
