Your role

You will take charge of the lifting stations and pumps department as well as part of the management of the company's other services (emptying, cleaning, troubleshooting). You are the technical and commercial manager, with development and profitability objectives, and you lead the intervention teams attached to it. You report to the operational director.

Your missions

Develop: prospect, quote and conclude offers, retain and grow your client portfolio.

Steer: organize and coordinate intervention teams, plan construction sites and monitor their profitability until invoicing.

Guarantee: be the technical reference for pumping installations (diagnosis, control cabinets, dimensioning) and ensure their compliance.

Your profile

Indispensable

CFC in electricity, electrotechnics, automation or in water trades, or training deemed equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in pumping and/or sanitation, including proven experience in leading field teams

Natural leadership and ability to manage teams

Electrical skills (cabinet, box, protection)

Commercial ease, excellent mastery of written and spoken French

Driving license category B

A plus

Knowledge of Odoo and AutoCAD tools

Knowledge of the EN 12050 standard and EU/EC networks

Good knowledge of the Geneva terrain

Mastery of written and spoken English

Conditions

Start date: to be agreed. Schedule: 42,5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
