Our client, a Swiss industrial company recognized for the quality of its products and its technical expertise, is looking for a Quality Manager to strengthen its team and support its development at a modern production site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the quality management system according to current standards.
• Guarantee compliance and continuous improvement of the company's quality processes.
• Ensure the follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Analyze non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize product and process quality.
• Define and monitor quality performance indicators.
• Raise awareness and support employees in quality and continuous improvement processes.
• Actively participate in industrial optimization projects.

Profile

• Higher technical education in the industrial, mechanical or equivalent field.
• Proven experience in quality within an industrial production environment.
• Very good knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.
• Experience in production quality management and process improvement.
• Knowledge of metalworking or similar industrial environments is an asset.
• Pragmatic personality, solution-oriented and possessing excellent communication skills.
• Ability to unite teams and support change.
• Good knowledge of French and German
