A technical and transversal function, at the heart of industrial projects, where your expertise will contribute directly to product reliability and the continuous improvement of processes.

Quality & Industrialization Specialist 100% (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

-Participate in the quality planning of development and industrialization projects, from risk analysis to series production.
-Define the requirements and control methods necessary to guarantee the conformity of products and processes.
-Analyze non-conformities and quality issues, identify their causes and implement sustainable technical solutions.
-Evaluate measurement reports and participate in the validation of parts resulting from different manufacturing processes.
-Perform and interpret analysis of measurement systems, capability studies and process validations.
-Collaborate with development, production, tooling and industrialization teams.
-Optimize control processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality in production.
-Participate in the identification and integration of new measurement, control and inspection technologies. Your profile:

-Higher technical training as an ES Technician or HES Engineer in mechanics, microtechnology, plastics technology or a field deemed equivalent.
-Proven experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in a function related to technical quality or industrialization.
-Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial quality assurance methods.
-Experience in metrology, dimensional controls and statistical analysis.
-Knowledge of plastic injection processes, stamping or automated production systems.
-Very good knowledge of German (C1 level indispensable).
-Good mastery of IT tools and experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP.
-Analytical mind, rigor and ability to identify the causes of technical problems.
-Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented personality with an excellent team spirit.
