As a concierge, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, you ensure that the environment is well-maintained and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site. ### Your tasks: * Execute inspection tasks autonomously * Manage maintenance and upkeep activities of the facilities * Handle various requests and small repairs * Manage small repair projects * Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies * Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets * Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements in banking agencies * Surface maintenance upon request * Ensure on-call service ### Your profile: * CFC operations agent or an equivalent title * Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology) * Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites * Mastery of French * Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Driver's license mandatory (service car provided) * Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority management, Good communication * Interpersonal and service skills * Ability to work alone or in a team ### Ready for us?
