Your main responsibilities will be: * Provide first-level IT support and handle incidents as well as service requests from employees. * Maintain the site's IT infrastructure, including networks, physical equipment, telephony, mobile devices, and OT equipment. * Guarantee the availability and reliable use of the IT systems provided on-site, in compliance with GMP documentation requirements. * Plan, implement, and support local IT projects. * Prepare GMP qualification documentation and participate in the qualification of IT equipment. * Manage IT assets throughout their life cycle: ordering, allocation, tracking, decommissioning, and updating the asset database (CMDB). * Contribute to the design and development of the IT security architecture in collaboration with the Security team. * Completed professional training in the field of IT. * Experience in medium or large-sized network environments. * Good knowledge of IT and network technologies. * An ITIL Foundation certification as well as knowledge of GAMP are an asset. * Proficiency with an incident management tool, such as ServiceNow, is desired. * Excellent command of English is indispensable.
