On behalf of our clients, we are looking for Specialized Educators ES wishing to intervene mainly with an adult audience, within social and medico-social structures in French-speaking Switzerland.

Job description ###

On a daily basis...

• Accompany beneficiaries in their daily life and their life project
• Encourage autonomy and value the skills of each individual
• Develop and ensure the follow-up of individualized educational projects
• Design and lead educational, occupational or leisure activities
• Ensure transmissions, observations and follow-up of support
• Collaborate with educational, care and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain a secure, structuring framework adapted to the needs of each beneficiary

Profile ###

You are the right person if...

• You hold a diploma as a Specialized Educator ES, HES or an equivalent training
• Swiss recognition is obtained (SEFRI) for foreign diplomas
• You enjoy accompanying an adult audience
• You know how to create a bond while maintaining a correct professional posture
• You demonstrate flexibility, patience and adaptation
• You appreciate teamwork as much as autonomy
