We are looking for a:
Operations Agent – Facility Maintenance 100% (M/F)

Responsible for the maintenance and smooth running of our internal premises. This function combines routine maintenance tasks, first-level maintenance, and logistical support in order to guarantee a clean, functional, and pleasant working environment for all employees.

Your missions will notably be to:

• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises occupied by Active-Food (offices, meeting rooms, common areas, cafeteria, changing rooms).
• Carry out regular checks of the facilities and report malfunctions.
• Perform small repairs and first-level technical interventions.
• Manage stocks of maintenance equipment and consumables.
• Ensure the assembly of furniture and various internal arrangements.
• Participate in moves and reorganizations of workspaces.
• Receive and store certain deliveries.
• Ensure the follow-up of external companies intervening in the premises.
• Contribute to the general good condition and continuous improvement of the infrastructures.

Your qualifications:

• CFC as an operations agent or training deemed equivalent.
• Experience in a similar function desired.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, first-level maintenance, and cleaning techniques.
• Mastery of hygiene and safety rules. Knowledge in locksmithing or small carpentry or general maintenance constitutes an asset.
• Category B driving license indispensable.
• SUVA recognized forklift license, a plus.
• Ease with basic IT tools.
• Fluent French spoken and written, other language a plus.
• Valid work permit in Switzerland.
