CIMO Compagnie industrielle de Monthey SA is a Swiss company founded in 1997 composed of 450 employees in 80 specialized trades. Embedding its strategy in a desire for sustainable development and innovation, CIMO is active, notably, in the following fields: production and distribution of energies, residue treatment, technical maintenance, engineering, automation, hygiene and safety, environment, laboratory, occupational medicine.

Training plan
The apprenticeship takes place over 3 years and leads to the Federal Certificate of Capacity CFC.
Theoretical training:
The courses are provided at the Ecole Professionnelle Commerciale et Artisanale (EPCA) in Sion at a rate of one to two days per week.
Practical training:
The practical training within the company takes place at CIMO, under the responsibility of a trainer.
Inter-company courses (CIE) are organized by the CIFC (Communauté d'Intérêts pour la Formation Commerciale) in Sion in order to receive the practical basics of the profession.
The profession
As part of your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to discover very diversified fields. Work is mainly done via a PC, a telephone, or paper documentation. You will have the opportunity to rotate between three departments in which you will become familiar with, among other things:
Sales Administration: answering the phone, managing agenda and meeting planning, order processing...
Finance: control and accounting of invoices, accounting transactions, processing purchase requests...
Human Resources: management of personnel data, monitoring employee schedules, issuing documents related to social insurance...

After obtaining your CFC, you can consider the following further training:

Bachelor of Science HES
Etc.
