Your mission

For one of our renowned clients in the field of watchmaking, we are looking for CNC Mechanic-Setters (M/F) to accompany the development of its activities in the region. At the heart of production, you will set up and operate high-precision CNC equipment, with quality as a daily requirement. A job of expertise, within a team where mutual aid and knowledge sharing matter. Your tasks: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC production means in compliance with manufacturing standards Perform series changeovers, complex setups, and production monitoring according to the schedule Ensure the conformity of parts through dimensional and aesthetic self-checks Carry out daily production in compliance with quality, quantity, and performance objectives Guarantee compliance with safety and security rules, identify deviations, and apply appropriate actions Ensure first-level preventive maintenance and keep workstations clean and tidy Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team dynamics

Your profile

You are an autonomous, rigorous, and proactive person, with a sense of mutual aid and a desire to transmit your expertise. You have: A CFC in mechanics in the field of machining, or an equivalent training Experience in setting up and operating CNC production means, ideally in a demanding industrial environment Mastery of setup operations, quality controls, and reading technical drawings Proficiency with standard IT tools You are: Possessing a good team spirit and easy communication Available to work in shift patterns
