Tasks

• The best possible shopping experience means for you as Deputy Managing Director: optimal management in terms of sales readiness, product presentation and sales promotion.
• Leading, but also promoting employees: that is modern management for you.
• That business principles are adhered to in your department is a matter of course for you.
• Also clear for you: compliance with quality and POS guidelines such as freshness/quality, hygiene, temperature regulations and expiry dates.
• When management is absent, you take over the management of the point of sale.

Requirements

• Completed basic training in retail or corresponding professional experience in the sales area? Both suit us.
• Leadership tasks in a comparable function: you have experience with this.
• You give your all - for the company and the customers.
• You have mastered German perfectly: in spoken and written form.
• You are friendly, team-oriented and have a well-groomed appearance.

Training takes place in several points of sale within the following area: Region Interlaken, Meiringen and Jungfrau-Region.
