Salary class: 4 (this scale is subject to validated prerequisites, failing which the classification is made at class -1)

Within the Revenue group, you play an essential role in managing the financial resources of the beneficiaries supported by EVAM. Your key missions
You analyze the financial situations of beneficiaries and determine the income to be taken into account in accordance with the legal framework and the standards in force.
You instruct and ensure the follow-up of files related to different sources of income with precision and rigor.
You undertake the necessary steps for the collection of income from beneficiaries, employers, and the relevant institutions.
You control and validate the modifications recorded in the management systems to guarantee data reliability.
You ensure exchanges with internal and external partners and respond to requests within the framework of telephone duty.
You identify inconsistencies, report situations requiring special follow-up, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Revenue group's practices.
Your profile
CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative function.
Good knowledge of Swiss social insurances.
Very good command of standard office tools.
Comfort with numbers, analytical spirit, and excellent organizational skills.
Interest in the field of migration and a sense of public service.
