What you accomplish
Collection of specific user needs and ensuring their technical implementation mainly in the field of construction
Involvement of the operating sites concerned by the project, planning and timely introduction of conversion measures
Creation of the investment and construction cost database as well as management and control of documentation relating to buildings and infrastructure
Development of specifications and technical descriptions of building equipment and infrastructure according to current standards regarding sustainability
Preparation and execution of tenders for construction and infrastructure
Management of suppliers and manufacturers in the fields of construction and infrastructure, monitoring of implementation and cost evolution and carrying out acceptances
Participation in the drafting of enterprise contracts and in site progress meetings and representation of the owner's interests
Site supervision in order to respect the specifications
Coordination of the various sustainability experts to achieve the objectives
What you bring
Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES)
Specialization: Master or Bachelor in architecture, civil engineering or ES Technician in site management with 5-10 years of experience
Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing large and complex construction projects desired
Systematic and structured way of working, networked way of thinking, good definition of priorities and resistance to stress
Good knowledge of Office and SAP
