Project Manager / Master (M/F)

We are recruiting on behalf of a company recognized in the field of technical building installations, a Project Manager to ensure the steering and monitoring of projects, from their preparation to their realization, in compliance with costs, deadlines and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Steering CFO and CFA projects within the framework of renovations, transformations and new constructions
• Performing technical surveys, analyzing client needs and defining suitable solutions
• Preparing commercial and technical offers as well as tender documents
• Ensuring costing and the establishment of budgets for projects of various scales
• Planning interventions and coordinating all stakeholders: clients, technical offices, suppliers, subcontractors and execution teams
• Guaranteeing the monitoring of costs, deadlines, supplies and business profitability
• Participating in site meetings and ensuring fluid communication with the various stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with current standards, quality requirements and safety rules
• Contributing to the development of new business opportunities and participating in the evolution of the company's services

Profile

• CFC as an electrical installer or training deemed equivalent
• Federal mastery of electrical installer
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations in the electrical field
• Solid experience in costing, calculation and financial management of electrical projects
• Good mastery of tenders, CAN standards and sector calculation tools
• Category B driving license
• Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of German is an appreciated asset
