About the job:

Within the "Operations" department, the locomotive mechanic/Shunting Agent is responsible for ensuring the transfer of empty and loaded wagons, from the Refinery to the Cornaux station, according to the daily transport plan.

They also perform all necessary maneuvers for sorting, tare, weighing, placement and the formation of trains on the company's railway network.

• Drive the locomotive and ensure the efficient transfer of wagons between the refinery and the Cornaux station, guaranteeing fluid and secure logistics
• Orchestrate the sorting of wagons on the internal track, optimizing the organization of rail traffic on site
• Prepare wagons with precision for the unloading of additives and intermediate products, ensuring strict application of RID rules for irreproachable compliance
• Vary missions by successively taking on the responsibilities of shunting agent and locomotive mechanic, guaranteeing versatility and expertise in the field
• Contribute to the diversity of operations by regularly ensuring the loading operator position, thus offering more flexibility to the teams and promoting the development of varied skills
• Be a key player in safety and quality, by embodying and enforcing the most demanding standards in terms of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

Qualifications:
-------------------

• CFC in a technical field
• Holding an A40 locomotive permit is an asset or the willingness to follow training to obtain the A40 permit
• Experience in the professional use of IT tools

This function requires a 3X8 shift schedule, alternating - morning shift (05h20- 13h35) - evening shift (13h05 to 21h35) - night shift (21h20 to 05h35), from Monday to Friday.
