Technical Estimator (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Technical training in the field of building, construction, or building technology, ideally supplemented by experience in calculation or estimation * Experience in cost calculation, preparation of tenders or project estimation * Good ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams and technical files * Proficiency in standard IT tools and, ideally, calculation or tender management software * Analytical mind, rigor and attention to detail * Good sense of numbers and ability to establish precise calculations and meet deadlines * Ease in exchanges with suppliers, clients, architects and technical teams Your mission:
• Analyze plans, technical files and specifications + Perform the measurements and calculations necessary for project estimation + Prepare offers and budgets taking into account materials, labor and necessary services + Request and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers and clients to ensure the accuracy of offers + Participate in cost monitoring and the optimization of technical solutions jpida3617d2jm jpit0938jm jpiy26jm
