Commercial Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
On behalf of one of our clients, a renowned company and leader in its field of activity, we are looking for a Commercial Administrative Assistant to strengthen its teams as part of a long-term temporary mission.
Responsibilities
Assist and support the sales department in its daily activities.
Ensure the entry and follow-up of customer orders.
Monitor stocks and delivery times.
Manage and maintain master data in the ERP SAP.
Collaborate with various internal and external interlocutors.
Perform analyses and consolidate data to support decision-making.
Profile
CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent.
Proven experience in an administrative and/or commercial function.
Excellent mastery of SAP, indispensable.
Very good Excel skills with advanced use of Power Query and Power BI.
Ease in processing and analyzing large volumes of data.
Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written.
Analytical mind, critical thinking, and rigor.
Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
Sense of service and customer orientation.
