On behalf of one of the companies we represent, a well-established fiduciary in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a Certified Public Accountant with solid experience in audit within a Big Four, wishing to take an active part in the management of audit mandates as well as in the development of service quality.

Certified Public Accountant

This position is intended for a technical, autonomous, and involved profile, capable of managing audit files from A to Z and contributing to the implementation and monitoring of the firm's quality standards.

Your responsibilities

• You will work directly with the partner on a portfolio of audit files in ordinary control, primarily composed of trading companies, but also industrial companies.
• Full management of audit mandates, from planning to the preparation of reports, including the execution of audit work and the finalization of files.
• Participation in the development and application of the firm's audit methodology.
• Supervision and support of employees working on the various mandates.
• Close collaboration with the partner in file management, organization of work, and monitoring of mandates.
• Involvement in the firm's quality management and in the application of the ISQM-CH1 standard.
• Participation in the quality control of audit files and compliance with applicable professional requirements.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and the quality of audit work.

Your profile

• Swiss Certified Public Accountant diploma or recognized equivalent training.
• Approximately 5 to 6 years of experience in audit within a Big Four, ideally after obtaining the diploma.
• Proven experience in managing audit mandates in ordinary control in Switzerland.
• Very good command of auditing standards, methodology, and requirements relating to file documentation.
• Ability to manage files autonomously, from A to Z, while ensuring a high level of quality.
• Strong interest in quality, methodology, and compliance with professional standards.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility, and willingness to invest oneself in a developing structure.
• Mobile, flexible profile, comfortable in a human-sized working environment.
