Regional Human Resources Assistant

Job Description ##

La Direction générale de la mobilité et des routes DGMR is looking for a regional HR assistant for the Blécherette site (Mont-sur-Lausanne).

Responsibilities ##

• Handle personnel administration for the Centre region and ensure routine secretarial tasks related to HR activity, in close collaboration with the HR assistant at the Rennaz site.
• Ensure the management of working time and that of absences and accidents, in collaboration with your colleague.
• Provide administrative support in the recruitment process for regional personnel and in the training and development of employees.
• As a reference person regarding all themes related to human resources management, advise management members and regional employees.

Qualifications ##

• CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent useful to the function.
• HR manager certificate, an advantage.
• Professional practice in secretarial, general administration, or file processing activities.
• Experience in HR administrative management, a real asset.
• Innate sense of confidentiality and discretion.
• Interpersonal skills, customer orientation and proactivity.
• Precision and rigor.
• Perfect oral and written mastery of French.
