What you accomplish ###

• As the first point of contact within our branch, you offer every visitor an irreproachable welcome and an exceptional experience
• Your curiosity and interest in the banking sector will allow you to quickly understand the mechanisms and functioning of our establishment, to guide your interlocutors with ease and confidence
• You have completed training in a field that will give you the means to support the team with a number of administrative tasks
• If you have banking training, it is an asset! You will be able to perform certain basic tasks with our customers

What you bring ###

• Bildung: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Professional experience: 3 to 5 years Customer reception
• You possess several years of experience in contact with customers and you know how to ensure an enthusiastic customer experience
• Empathy, good listening skills, and excellent communication skills give you proven and recognized social skills
• You adopt a positive attitude at all times and possess a self-confidence that allows you to approach all types of situations calmly
• Français (C1)
