Gestionnaire positions - Chef/fe de Service

Your main missions:

• ensure the control of cash positions (daily) and/or securities (monthly) of the bank with correspondents/custodians using the available tools while respecting the specific procedures of each correspondent/custodian
• implement / analyze / optimize / use the service's performance indicators (statistics) and take all necessary corrective/informative measures and inform hierarchy and the line
• master and evolve the IT systems available to the business as well as the technical and legal directives/rules specific to the assigned tasks. Ensure application / training / monitoring
• participate actively by putting expertise in their field of activity at the service of both the bank's strategic projects and those concerning organizational and/or IT procedures as well as those directly impacting them
• prevent problems and errors through active monitoring of particular situations and legal/business developments to propose/implement organizational and IT improvement measures
• apply the procedures put in place for client payment traffic operations that fall under OBA-CDB rules while respecting the legal and technical constraints (internal/external) specific to their field of activity.

Your profile:

• training related to the field
• confirmed experience in a similar position
• ability to define a vision and translate it into operational actions
• excellent communication skills, interpersonal ease, and stakeholder management
• analytical capacity, high autonomy and rigor,
• leadership, sense of responsibility, decision-making capacity and ability to unite
• excellent command of French, English C1 or C2 and German would be a plus
